TEA TO BE-GIN
When someone buys gin, the most common thing is that they try it neat on their first encounter—and in many cases, they don’t want to try it again. This happens mainly because most people don’t know how to enjoy such a strong spirit and almost always rely on going to a bar to have a well-made gin cocktail. We created Tea To Be-Gin by XIBAL: teas ready to be mixed specifically with our gin, crafted with endemic Guatemalan ingredients (allspice, orange, cardamom, lemon, and bay leaf) that perfectly enhance the flavor of XIBAL, the country’s first craft gin. The entire branding was inspired by the elements that identify our gin, and the communication is focused on giving a “welcome to the beginning.” If welcome cocktails are offered in hotels, restaurants, or events, why not change the equation and give the welcome to gin? It’s a way to invite people to enjoy it properly from the very first time and immerse them in a new world of flavors created with XIBAL.
